These Terms govern your use of The Pattern Haven website, digital crochet patterns, downloads, customer account, and All Access membership. By using the website or completing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Digital products and permitted use

Our products are digital crochet PDF files. No physical item will be shipped. Each purchase or membership download grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence. You may print the pattern and sell finished physical items you personally make from it. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share, copy, or commercially exploit the digital file or its contents.

All Access membership

The All Access membership begins with a 3-day free trial at $0 today and then renews automatically at $14.99 USD per month until cancelled. Applicable taxes and currency conversion may apply. You can cancel before renewal by signing in to your Management Profile and selecting Manage Membership. See our Cancellation Policy.

Delivery and access

Digital products are made available through the download link shown after checkout, by email, or in your account. You are responsible for entering a valid email address and keeping your account secure. Contact us if access is missing or a file does not work.

Prices and payments

Prices are displayed before checkout. Membership renewals are billed at $14.99 USD per month unless a different price is clearly shown and accepted. Payment processing is handled by Shopify and its payment providers.

Availability and changes

We may add, update, replace, or remove library items and site features. We may suspend access for fraud, misuse, unlawful conduct, or a material breach of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The website, branding, pattern files, images, text, and other content are owned by or licensed to The Pattern Haven and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Disclaimer and liability

Patterns are provided for creative and informational use. Results depend on materials, skill, gauge, and interpretation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Pattern Haven is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
