Digital delivery only

All products sold by The Pattern Haven are digital crochet patterns or digital membership access. No physical item is shipped, so shipping rates, carriers, tracking numbers, and delivery addresses do not apply.

How your files are delivered

After a successful order, your download link is displayed on the confirmation or thank-you page and may also be sent to the email address used at checkout. Members can access eligible files through their account and the website.

Delivery problems

If a link is missing, expired, or does not work, check your spam folder and confirm that the email used at checkout is correct. Then contact support@thepatternhaven.com with your order number and order email. We will help restore access.
