Digital products and membership charges

The Pattern Haven provides digital crochet PDF patterns and All Access membership. Nothing is physically shipped or returned. The All Access offer includes a 3-day free trial and then renews at $14.99 USD per month until cancelled. Taxes and currency conversion, if applicable, are shown at checkout.

Refund eligibility

Because digital files are available immediately, accessed or downloaded digital content is generally not refundable for change of mind, except where applicable law provides otherwise. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Please contact support@thepatternhaven.com if a file is missing, inaccessible, faulty, materially different from its description, or if a charge is duplicated or incorrect. Include your order number and order email, but never send full payment card details. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include restored access, replacement content, account credit, or a refund.

Cancellations and renewals

To stop future renewals, sign in to your Management Profile, select Manage Membership, and cancel before your trial or current billing period ends. You may also email support for help. Cancellation concerns future charges; a refund request concerns a charge already made.

If a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider. See our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
