Refund Policy

The Pattern Haven supplies digital crochet patterns and immediate access to a digital membership library. No physical item is shipped or returned.

Digital downloads

Because digital files are available immediately, accessed or downloaded content is generally not refundable for change of mind, except where applicable law provides otherwise. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Problems with a file or charge

Email support@thepatternhaven.com if a file is missing, inaccessible, faulty, materially different from its description, or if a charge is duplicated or incorrect. Include the order number and order email. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by law, which may include restored access, replacement content, account credit, or a refund.

Membership cancellations

The All Access membership has a 3-day free trial and renews at $14.99 USD per month until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals and is separate from a request to refund an existing charge. See our Cancellation Policy.

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Your payment provider controls when the amount appears on your statement.
