Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Last updated: September 11, 2026

This Cancellation Policy applies to The Pattern Haven All Access membership and its digital crochet-pattern library.

Free trial and automatic renewal

The membership begins with a 7-day free trial. You can download whatever pattern you desire . Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it automatically renews at each month using the payment method provided at checkout. Monthly renewals continue until cancelled.

How to cancel

To cancel your membership, visit the Management Profile, sign in with the email address used for your membership, and use the Manage Membership area. To avoid another charge, complete the cancellation before your next renewal date.

When access ends

If you cancel during the free trial, library access ends when the cancellation takes effect. If you cancel after a paid renewal, cancellation prevents future renewals and access normally continues through the end of the paid billing period unless the membership portal states otherwise.

Charges and refunds

Cancellation stops future renewal charges; it does not automatically refund charges already processed. Because the membership provides immediate access to digital content, subscription charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a verified billing error occurred.

Downloaded files

Files downloaded while your membership was active remain subject to our Terms & Conditions. Cancellation does not grant permission to redistribute, resell, share, or commercially reproduce our pattern files.

Reactivated and Repeat Memberships

If you previously cancelled a membership and later reactivate it or purchase a new membership, the reactivated or repeat membership requires a minimum commitment of three paid monthly billing cycles. It cannot be cancelled until those three billing cycles have been completed. No additional free trial applies.

This minimum commitment will be disclosed before reactivation or checkout. Nothing in this provision limits any cancellation, refund, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
