These Terms govern your use of The Pattern Haven website, digital crochet patterns, downloads, customer account, and All Access membership. By using the website or completing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Digital products and permitted use

Our products are digital crochet PDF files. No physical item will be shipped. Each purchase or membership download grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence. You may print the pattern and sell finished physical items you personally make from it. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share, copy, or commercially exploit the digital file or its contents.

All Access membership

The All Access membership begins with a 3-day free trial at $0 today and then renews automatically at $14.99 USD per month until cancelled. Applicable taxes and currency conversion may apply.

To cancel, sign in to your Management Profile, select Manage Membership, and cancel before the trial ends or before your next renewal date. See our Cancellation Policy.

Delivery and access

Downloads are provided after checkout, by email, or through your account. You are responsible for entering a valid email address and keeping your account secure. Contact us if access is missing or a file does not work.

Prices and payments

Prices are displayed before checkout. Membership renewals are billed at $14.99 USD per month unless another price is clearly shown and accepted. Shopify and its payment providers process payments.

Availability and changes

We may add, update, replace, or remove library items and website features. We may suspend access for fraud, misuse, unlawful conduct, or a material breach of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The website, branding, pattern files, images, text, and other content are owned by or licensed to The Pattern Haven and protected by intellectual-property laws.

Disclaimer and liability

Patterns are supplied for creative and informational use. Results depend on materials, skill, gauge, and interpretation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Pattern Haven is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
